This builder is UNRELIABLE! He came to my property and assessed the work to be done, seemed professional at the start, knowledgeable and laid out the plans about this task, told me what materials he need which i bought and set the date to start the build. Knock on my door on the agreed day of the build and said we have a problem..Came in and started questioning and pointing out loads of mistakes about the built.. I mean you should have spotted these when you were doing the quote..it would be easier if you have phoned the house owner that you cannot do the job since you’ve been pondering about this build since you first came in. This would have given me time to look for a reliable builder.. No disrespect but you have wasted my time, i have a timelime and schedule to finish this tadk that is why i used this website my builder to find a good plumber but some reviews werent as much correct as has been reflected with his actions..word of advice.. please double check and make sure that they are willing to do the task they have aggreed for before hiring these builders..
