Excellent service by a friendly, professional and helpful person. Pete did a boiler service and gas safety inspection for me, but also check all the radiators and taps at the property without being asked. He also took time to explain to the tenant the most best way to set the temperature using the boiler and room thermometer and checked the tenant had no other issues. Pete has since done a second job for me. I could not be there but the tenants are very happy with the work he did - annoyed tenants were turned into very happy tenants quickly, which make the landlord very happy. His number is definately saved for future use!

Constantine did a great job from the start. As soon as I shortlisted him, he called and came around straight away to estimate the work . The job package involved.. 1) Painting all the rooms apart from one bedroom 2) Hall celling painting 3) Painting the conservatory archway 4) Wooden frames painting Constantine gave a realistic price and timescale and his team did a great job. They were very professional in applying masking tapes in the joints and the job was very neat. I also requested the team to fix a wooden trim and fix a floorboard in the storage and they happily fixed it. I would thoroughly recommend Constantine and would hire the team again. Thank you

CBK Design & Build did an excellent job of transforming my derelict deck into a bright usable patio. I am very pleased with the outcome… and so are the neighbours it would appear. They excelled in all aspects of the job 1. The Quote: Everything was clearly indicated and was very competitive. Any adjustments were made promptly and revised quote was immediately available. All queries were instantly answered and advice was also valuable. 2. The Work: Work started at indicated time on the agreed day. They were very quick and it was probably the worst week weather wise for this job. But they carried on despite that. The work was completed within the estimated time, with little or no wastage of material and to a high standard. All unexpected issues were quickly resolved and creatively too. Poor quality work from previous tradesmen was also rectified for no extra. 3. Attitude: Both Mehmet and Serkan worked with smiles on their faces through some of the worst weather, and all other unexpected issues with no complaints at all. Very positive work ethics. Extra points for doing their best to not upset or intrude into my special needs child’s space. They even used toilets at local gas station (even though we were ok with them using our facilities) to that effect. They are more like friends of the family now, and will definitely use them again. Thank you MyBuilder.com for a great tradesman.
