Kostas was very clean and tidy when replacing my cracked shower tray and screen. He said he would do his best to remove the tiles without damaging them and he kept his word. I was so impressed. He consulted me during the job and always let me know what he was doing. Everything was finished to a very high standard. My shower tray has a solid base. Thank you so much. We thought it was the pump that had failed but all it was was the shower head was scaled up and not letting the flow through which was affecting the pump, now alot of plumbers would have changed the pump charged us, but Dean explained this to the tenant and problem solved, ver nice.

We booked David to come out on Tuesday 11th aug but our leak got worse on the weekend and he made a concerted effort to come out Early on Saturday 8th instead to fix the leak. He was a life saver and finished both jobs within the hour. He was very reasonably priced too. Thanks a bunch. Definitely recommend and will use him again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Christopher. The previous heating engineer installed the 3-port valve wrong way round and Christopher was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes. He advised me to ask the previous engineer to come back and fix it, which means he could have made an empty trip today. Christopher rectified the problem within half an hour. He made sure I understood what he was doing along the way and he was patient to answer any of my questions. He also helped to check that all radiators are working as expected before he left. Christopher is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Christopher and will use his service going forward.
