Initially I had advertised for insulation of extractor fan outlet in my loft but then also asked him to install a fence panel too. Both jobs were done in few hours. He has been polite and helpful. He also left no mess around and I am one happy customer who will call him again in future if needed for other tasks in my property.

From start to finish, Callum demonstrated exceptional efficiency and professionalism. He meticulously followed all the necessary guidelines and ensured that the work was done by the book. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. In addition to the EWI and rendering, Callum also handled the guttering, cladding of gables and soffits, and the removal and reinstallation of the down pipes. Each task was executed with precision and care. The work was completed on schedule, and Callum managed the cleanliness of the premises exceptionally well, leaving the site tidy and organized at the end of each day. Get in touchBogdan was helpful and hard working during the job. However, the standard of the work completed was not up to scratch. He tiled over floorboards without properly preparing them and then when they did not sit correctly, blamed the floorboards rather than taking accountability for the fact he had not properly prepared the floor. He told us to get a lino fitted instead (after having already fitting the tiles, not before). I have been informed by tilers that this is a fixable job but the floor will have to come up, be properly prepared and retiled (at a large cost). I contacted Bogdan again to see if he would come round and take a look at the floor but he has been ignoring my messages. Other elements of the bathroom are starting to fail, like the grout on the wall tiles as well As I said before, Bogdan was good to deal with while the bathroom was being fitted but did a poor job and was very unprofessional in his after care.
