The work (toilet/sink replacement/radiator move and gas pipe capping), was done swiftly and efficiently, to the timescale predicted and to a good standard. Simon was flexible to slight alterations between the quote and the work, and has agreed to return to complete a job that has been delayed, through no fault of his own, at no extra cost. I am already planning on using him again.
