Seemed fine at first. Chose to go with the professional group because of how they suposedly use their profits. The job still isn't finished. I was told it would be a 1.5/2 day job but they only gave it one day which would have been fine if the job had been completed but it hasn't been, and the finish on parts of the job are extremely poor. I was promised a return visit yesterday (2 months on from the original job starting) but no one showed and my number has been blocked because when I try to call, it goes straight to voicemail. I find this course of action odd and unnecessary because I have been exceptionally patient with issues which have arisen (broken bath panel and leaking radiator) and periods of illness which have not allowed a return visit when scheduled. To say I'm disappointed with this outcome is an understatement.

Tried to contact Stuart Edgar of Edinmech through this site and through his email address provided by Mybuilder.com the email was returned by the postmaster. Anyway I'm angry and disappointed by the service and workmanship provided by this person. The shower is live so I'm unable to use it safely. The guarantee provided by Triton showers is null and void due to dangerous installation carried out by this person. He charged double his first quote to undercut the other engineer. I will be contacting citizen's advice bureau for advice to take this case further. I have given him time to respond to my message but he has not done so.

I can’t say anything positive about this company, after weeks of posting the plumber arrived and it was obvious from the minute he walked in that he didn’t want to be here, everything was a problem and after many moans and groans he said that he couldn’t do the job, he said he couldn't get the valves off as they were corroded, his solution was to change the whole pump. I declined and told him to forget it as I wasn’t willing to lay out more money than was necessary (quoted £141 to replace 2 valves). I phoned a local plumber who arrived today, couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful, removed the 2 valves with no moans or groans and replaced them both at a cost of £110, £31 cheaper than Full Flow plumbing. I had also asked full flow if they could re-seal my bath, they quoted £120 yes £120 to re-seal around a bath. If you are looking for a plumber to do work in your house or business then avoid this company at all cost, they are not grateful for the work and are way overpriced.

Neil has fulfilled what turned out to be a complicated job effectively, fast and at a very competitive rate. He sourced a leak due to bad plumbing, made good and reasonable suggestions as to how to repair, refitted the cartridge on a Mira shower mixer tap, replaced the silicone seal round the bath and serviced the boiler. All with accompanying service sheets. He also left the bathroom immaculate. Neil was punctual and with a good disposition. I have certainly found myself a good plumber and highly recommend Neil to anyone looking for plumbing or gas works(gas safe certificate held). He was honest in his advice and inspired confidence.
