Completed a detailed report showing where all of our underground services run so we know what we have to deal with prior to starting work on an extension. The guy was obliging,polite and punctual throughout,despite problems with some of the equipment we had ordered,and returned as soon as we had replacement parts to refit as necessary.We tested everything before he left and everything worked perfectly.When small adjustments were asked for,he made them.
