We had a nice discussion at the start and initially agreed a bigger project to work on my two bathrooms. Fortunately, they were unable to do the whole project and only did a smaller part of the project. Only replacing one basin, tap and basin waste. Within 24 hours, water is leaking, tap was not setup as required by the tap manufacturers manual and sealant was not properly done. I paid a higher price compared to another cheaper quote, on the impression that I am getting a professional plumber.

He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink.
