John came to replace a new siphon lever in my toilet. When the job was done, the stop tap wouldn’t come back on. John was amazing he fit a new one for me while he was there as well as fitting another part in my cistern that wasn’t working properly. The cistern became a hard job to do as all the connections were seized and corroded. John was very patient and professional throughout. He is a lovely man, very polite, punctual, clean and tidy and very reasonable indeed. I would recommend anyone to call on John for his services. I now have his number and it’s nice to know I have someone reliable to call upon if needed. Thank you John so much, you did a great job and really got us out of a mess with that stop tap. It’s nice to come across someone with old fashioned values. A job very well done.

No complaints at all and great service from Plumb Performance. Griff sent over a quote and was able to come over and see the problem the same day. He gave a worse case and best case scenario with an idea of cost, he also said he would be able to come back in 2 days time. When he came back he got the job done quickly and the price reflected this and was very reasonable. Would happily use again 😊!
