After speaking to Andrew he came out the next day in the evening to repair a damaged wall that was a health and safety issue. His communication was good and he's very personable. The repair to the wall was excellent and I'm very pleased with the end result. Andrew is efficient, tidy and professional also his price was really good. Really impressive! As others have said, very polite and professional. Kept me updated throughout before arrival. In the end installing the replacement dishwasher was much trickier than expected, but he persevered and sorted it. Was really impressed by his expertise and practical approach. He took a close look at it and advised me of a much cheaper and more effective way to fix the problem than I had suggested without damaging my bathroom.
