Mix up with times. Someone just arrived unannounced. Was here for hours and i am not happy with the outcome or the £700+ bill for a cistern handle. I have complained and they are coming back tomorrow.

Completed the job as requested.He had to go and get new radiator valves so the price was more than quoted to include the cost of the new valves. the towel radiator developed a slight leak so he did have to come back to sort this. It took a few messages and calls to arrange this but he did come eventually.
