I worked for a Frinton kitchens and bathrooms for over 10 years and undertook many tasks whilst being there. I am a qualified electrician, I fitted all manor of projects including, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, installing radiators, plumbing in sinks and all other types of plumbing, excluding gas. I have recently started to build bespoke media walls, including the installation of the T.V and electric fire. I live in Clacton on Sea and am prepared to travel for the right job and client.

Hired Nathan to fit a shower and tile around it replace bath, toilet and sink. As soon as the shower was fitted and was told it was ok to use there was a leak underneath the bathtub which he was made aware of and supposedly fixed. After the job was finished we noticed water had started dripping through our living room ceiling downstairs, the toilet was also leaking and there is smell coming from it, it also wobbles as you sit down or gently touch it. He has been on more than 3 occasions to fix these issues but nothing has changed. We still cant use the shower/bath as it leaks onto the floorboard, the toilet leaks and wobbles. We initially agreed on the phone that we would get a quote from someone else to fix the issues which he would pay for but he is now going back on his word offering £100 for resealing with silicone ( Which he has done on all the occasions he has come to fix the leak and it hasn't helped) The bath is covered in silicone including around the shower screen which is very messy and still leaks. we have managed to get other quotes (which are more than £100) and have been informed nothing has been installed properly we were shown how the toilet/shower and bath are not properly attached to the wall. The surprising thing is Nathan didn't seem to know what was causing the leaks in the first place which make me doubt he is a plumber. We have been left with a toilet we cant use and a wet ceiling that we now need to have fixed. Surely this is not right?
