His attention to detail and finishes is exemplary. They are very tidy and clean up after every small job. It had been a pleasure having them in the house. They are respectful and personable. Brilliant response with minimum disruption to the tenant, which was very important. Documentation quickly supplied and not problems so far with the installation. Jack is lined up to do further work for me when it is convenient for the tenant.

Cannot fault Gareth, he rang me to arrange a time to visit, asked for photos so he could bring the correct parts with him, text to tell me which parts were needed & what the cost would be, turned up on time when he said he would (with mask & gloves) and got the job done, tidied up & made sure I was happy with it before he left. He was friendly, easy to talk to and was back a few days later to correct a problem with my sink in the kitchen for me that’s been bugging me for a while & again could not be faulted. I have already arranged for him to come back & change some taps for me in the near future. I’m really happy with the work he’s done for me.
