last week I had a problem with water dripping from my kitchen ceiling . I called Rowan whom kindly came to my house the same day and he was very polite , he promised to find the problem and fix it that he did very well the same day for a reasonable price . Best decision I made hiring Steve. Made contact with us straight away about the job. Came round and gave us a very competitive quote for the work. Turned up bang on time on the Monday with his brother also fully qualified!! Very high standard of workmanship, polite, clean, could not be more helpful. Taylor agreed to do the job and en route to it, he advised me he had a family emergency and promised he would return the next day. I tried to contact him a few times over about the course of just over a week. He read my messages but no reply was forthcoming from him. I hope you have a better experience if you decide to engage him! I had to use another plumber which cost me more but at least the job was finally completed promptly with no issues.
