Showed up and charged £200 for 10 minutes work and didn't even fit the outside tap. Craig told me it was a big job and would take an hour to do it, hence the rate, so I agreed. He then left and didn't do the outside tap, as I've asked for in the job spec. As I am true to an agreement, I had no choice but to pay Craig for the work carried out that was not truely presented. Craig also talked about tradesmen being a rip off and he was not that way inclined, which was just another sales pitch because he was not truthful about the job and did not complete it. Came day and time arranged, polite and very helpful in finding a solution to my plumbing issue. Tidied up once job was completed. After service excellent. Contacted me couple days later to make sure everything was ok and I was happy. Reasonable price for job done and I for one will use again! Colin text me to let me know he was on his way, was on time, very polite, very friendly. He did an amazing job fitting our outdoor tap on a stone classed wall. Did the job quickly, efficiently and made no mess. Absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend. The price was very reasonable and he charged what was agreed upon before the job. When Dylan turned up at the end of his working day to carry out the job, I was impressed by his commitment to get this job done. A nice chap too. HOWEVER, we were very disappointed with the final workmanship, leaving us with an expensive bill to put it all right again. The problems from his work, included 2 leaking waste pipes for the two vanity units that he fitted (making them unusable), a worktop incorrectly centered on the vanity unit, a vanity unit incorrectly centered on the wall and at the wrong height - and finally, poor silicone finish to the edges. Several times I kindly offered Dylan the chance to put it right, but communication started to fizzle out from him - and I was met with a plethora of excuses about why he wasn't able to make agreed dates and times (van issues and family emergencies), leaving me twice waiting at home for him. Sean (Sam the Handyman) responded immediately, came when he said he would which was very quickly, did the job without hanging around, showed me what had contributed to the issue and he also cleared out my gutters (long overdue) as arranged beforehand and did another small job for me on my window frame as well. Connor fitted a new kitchen sink for us. He helped me to pick and sourced all the materials to suit our kitchen and what I had I mind. He made the process really easy and the work completed is excellent! Highly recommend.
