Amazingly professional. Very pleased with workmanship and customer service. Aleks responded and investigated promptly and then recommended a solution which was cost effective for customer. He could easily have made a bigger job replacing piping and tap but instead suggested that the best solution was to try dismantling and cleaning first and if that did not work to then replace the washer. This solution seems to have worked very well. Aleks said to monitor and let him know if he needed to come back. So all was good on this particular job. :-)
