What a wonderful human being Ibby is. He’s the epitome of a honest and helpful workman. He came round on time, talked me through what had happened to my shower and the options for how to fix it. He made it good straight away but gave me an option for making it better for the future. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything more than what he did on the day. Ibby was also incredibly reasonable with his prices, he genuinely cares for his clients. I would highly recommend Ibby, I will be using him for all future jobs.

Pleasantly surprised to find Lee offered to install a new boiler 1 day earlier than planned, which suited me because I needed it urgently after going without hot water for days! It was then fitted in 8 hours flat which was done very efficiently, and over 3 weeks hence, the boiler is functioning perfectly. Old boiler was collected soon after and no mess was created. Excellent job!

Great job done to a high standard, I have used this plumber on more than one occasion and each and every time the job has been done to a high standard, I had a programmer put onto my boiler system which was not quite compatible with the system and kept going down and preventing me from having my heating on , this plumber made it his business to attend each and every time this happend and made sure that I didn’t go without heating , I would highly recommend him to anyone, His prices are more then reasonable, That it must be the love of the job, Once used his number will not be a number you’d want to lose,A BIG THANK YOU TO DAMIAN

Hired LeVil to install a Salamander HomeBoost mains booster pump at my rental property, where a 24kW combi boiler was struggling to deliver adequate water pressure to a 2nd-floor loft shower. From the start, Vilius was professional and responsive. He answered all my technical questions clearly upfront — confirming the exact pump model, scope of plumbing work, electrical connection options, flow rate testing, and warranty terms. No vague quotes, no hidden extras. On the day, the work was completed cleanly: isolation valves fitted either side of the pump, neat cable run to the existing socket with discreet trunking, and proper before/after flow rate testing to confirm the improvement. He kept me updated via WhatsApp throughout and coordinated access directly with my tenant, which made everything smooth. Pricing was fair, warranty is solid (12 months labour + 3 years on the pump), and the shower now works properly on the top floor. Would absolutely recommend LeVil to other landlords!
