Bill is a friendly, reliable guy. Great communication and I liked the fact that he text me the day before to make sure all was ready! He was on time and very tidy. He gave me some great advice about the shower i'm installing myself and said I could contact him if I had any further questions! The toilet and sink that he installed look great and he explained what he was doing as he went along (I was asking lots of questions!). I have no hesitation in employing him again or recommending him to anyone else. Thanks Bill!
