Gaetano called the same day. He agreed to come within 2 hours to check and gave me a competitive estimate. He advised me on the size and places to buy the kitchen sink. As soon as my new sink arrived he came the following day to removed the old one and installed the new sink within a few hours. He cleaned and tidied the surroundings, took out all the rubbish. He was very professional and well experienced. He knows his job too well. He came with all the necessary equipments. I highly recommend Gaetano and will use his services for all my plumbing job’s anytime. He is very friendly and courteous. He respected my property. My family felt very comfortable having him to work around the house. Thank you so much Gaetano.

Lukasz building company and his family team done Marbel flooring tiling in my house kitchen, bathrooms walls and floor, hall way, they fit my bathrooms and my kitchen. The work was fantastic and they are very dedicated and delivered very good job best of the best. They are very professional and I am happy with the work they done. I had mentioned before Ibrahim started the job that it was going to be a difficult job but he was confident he could do it and despite proving a lot more time consuming for him and his colleague, they did an excellent job and didn’t charge for all the extra time and manpower it took, they charged me what they had originally quoted, so I am very happy and would definitely use them again. They are honest and very hardworking.

After posting my job Samir replied with ‘I’m working in your area at the moment just finishing a job I can come round if that’s convenient for you, no call out charge.’ However, after he phoned, I was told there would be a mandatory £90 ‘inspection fee’. He said if the job was small the £90 would go towards the total charge. He attended the flat and, in a minute or two, identified a worn-out small plastic part. He said he would charge me £20 for the part and £100 for the fix, so the total cost was £120. He completed the work in just under 30 minutes and informed me the bill was £210. I had assumed the £90 ‘inspection fee’ formed part of the payment, but he said no, this would be on top. In hindsight, other contractors had been quoting £50 per hour for labour, so the £190 I paid for half an hour was effectively almost eight times this rate. To be balanced, he was punctual, polite and competent. Overall, I would advise any potential customers to ensure you are crystal clear on charges.

Marius is a pleasant person, however, I was disappointed with his work. The tiling in my wet room envelope was done poorly, with water flowing out of the wet room area rather than into the gully, the drain gully was left well below the tiles creating a hazardous hole in the middle of the wet room floor area. Additionally, he left the job without a proper handover and talk through ensuring I was happy. When I reached out to resolve the problem, he dismissed my concerns and made no effort to correct the issue despite sharing videos of the problem, he did not bother to come back and look at what the complaint was about. Instead, he threatened to take me to court! I cannot recommend Marius due to his lack of professionalism and poor workmanship. I have since got another tradesman to redo the work.

Joe and Reginald was polite they done the job to a good standard they relifted the slope on the roof so the water runs into the guttering they also painted the shed clean tidy and respectful with Joe and the boys we are very happy I would recommend
