Claudiu has just replaced 3 old rads for new and repaired an annoying dripping kitchen tap.The rads were straight forward but the tap was one of the 'fancy' spray nozzle variety. Various people had told me it couldn't be repaired as the part was no longer available. Claudiu went away and researched the tap, got as near a replacement part as he could, completely stripped the tap and replaced the broken parts, hey presto, a working tap. He was thorough, diligent and a pleasure to deal with, wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend. Darren & Emma (Pershore).

No complaints at all and great service from Plumb Performance. Griff sent over a quote and was able to come over and see the problem the same day. He gave a worse case and best case scenario with an idea of cost, he also said he would be able to come back in 2 days time. When he came back he got the job done quickly and the price reflected this and was very reasonable. Would happily use again 😊!

Malcom is very professional and polite person. He responded me in 5 minutes after I posted the job. He wanted to visit my house first before sending me the quote. After he visited my house,I received a formal quote with very reasonable price although it's only a small job. He came yesterday on time to started the job and I was so pleased that he did a high standard job. He is very good organized and also put cover sheet over the carpet and tidy up after completed. So I would highly recommend him and definitely call him to more jobs.
