We asked Danny for a quote for installing a combination boiler; he was very professional, explaining options and solutions. His quote came quickly and was a good price. The engineer, Mike, arrived on time. He explained each step of the job and gave us a time scale of the job. He was professional and courteous. His work was excellent, doing the job as if he were working on his own house. The installation took two days. At the end of both days he cleaned up after himself including hoovering and wiping up and hand prints or spills. When he finished the job he explained how to use the boiler and timer. He explained that H.E.H. Ltd would send in the information for the guarantee and the gas safe certificate. We have no complaints at all, H.E.H. Ltd is a professional company with well qualified and experienced engineers. We highly recommend them and will use them again in any future plumbing needs.

He also installed our fridge/freezer connecting it to mains water, adding a water softener, explaining why he had done this. He fixed the leaking sink taps too. We had a brilliant experience with Robert Hodder and we will definitely use him again - in fact we would probably ask him first if anything at all goes wrong in the property again. He is skilled in just about everything. Robert had our leak identified and fixed within a few days. His quote was very reasonable and we were really impressed with how thorough he was in tracing the leak and presenting us with a very clever solution.
