They arrive promptly on the appointed day at the appointed time and get stuck in to the job. They overcome some unforeseen problems and just deal with them. They are really pleasant to deal with and you're happy to have them in your home. They finish earlier than planned having done a superb job and charge you less than the agreed most reasonable price as it took less time than originally estimated.
