Lucus was realy good and very understanding. We had a few set backs at our end . But lucus was grate and we were able to re book. He moved all of our plumbing for the new kitchen fit. Jacob and his father give you the impression from the get go that you can place your trust in them completely. Work has been done at an agreed price, to agreed timescales and to a quality well beyond my expectations. My jaw dropped at just how good the work looks! The plumbing in my property has been transformed in a single day from a complete mess to an extremely tidy system which is ready to be modernised and I am now talking to Jacob about further works to remove lead piping all the way to the meter. Would hire again in a heartbeat.
