We hired Angraj Singh for 6 meter rear extension. He gave us a low price and we agreed to start on 1st May. We also agreed to make a porch first, and if we were not happy with the porch then we would have our £2000 deposit back that was paid for the extension. All work was going well the first 2 days, however he came only 1 or 2 hours a day to do work then he disappeared evrytime to other jobs. Kept on calling, messaging etc with mostly no reply’s or call back. Porch started on 20/05/26 and yet today still not finished 12/05/26. Have proof he said he will return our £2000 deposit as we lost all trust in him. Suddenly few days later he said he won’t return deposit. Even tho it’s written on the contract! will never use him and he does not go by his word ever! You have been warned you will regret it. Says to stop the other builders from working which in 3 days they have done most of the foundation all by hand. Messed our porch. Now we going trading standards and court involved.
