I run a rental business and Jason dealt with me from afar. He met with my tenant, gave a reasonable quote and turned up exactly when he said he would. He fitted new taps and a cistern and flush pipe for me and when he was there I asked him to do an extra job for me which he did at an extra cost that I was very happy with. His original quote he stuck to 100%. He gave me advice on the best course of action to take and mentioned things other plumbers hadn't which showed his knowledge. Absolutely no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Courteous and professional.
