The work took longer to arrange than planned due to an over-run on other work and then the initial invoice for the work was quite high. Robin provided an explanation of the reason why this had work had taken much longer than expected and addressed the high bill complaint I made in reducing the price. The speedy response to the complaint was a very positive reaction and certainly allowed me to keep Holloway Bathrooms in the "use again " list. David

We wanted the bathroom done quite quickly and Sam got the majority of the job done in 3 days, with a few extra thing that took a couple of further days to resolve. Would use again.

Our job was a complicated one as we needed removal of an old shower cubicle and tray, then installation of a larger tray and cubicle in a very confined space. Some tiling work was also required. This needed an excellent plumber and Michael met all our expectations. He was patient and meticulous in his work, ensuring we had a 5 star job completed. Nik was very transparent and reasonable with his costs. We arranged for a mutually convenient date and an approximate time and he was sending me updates throughout the day to be able to calculate when he would arrive. The kitchen sink was unblocked and Nik also took care of a small leak that he noticed in the process. He was friendly, and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him.
