Sean failed to do the work as we asked and fit the required items which were a new bath ,taps, and taps on sink all work was unsatisfactory leaving us upset we now have to find another plumber to put it right that is going to be tough for us to trust someone else

R1 plumbing had to join two different waste water pipes and one soil pipe, all different diameters, to a larger sewage pipe, with some serious spatial constraints near the wall and floor where they were supposed to join up. Another plumber had indicated this would be difficult to execute and would involve lifting a large section of the floor. R1 plumbing found a less disruptive solution, whilst ensuring all connections were water tight. Good execution and on time, within budget. When one of the existing pipes require a second visit, R1 plumbing addressed this quickly and effectively, within original budget. Very pleased with job, responsiveness and attention.
