I had a leak in my bathroom. The hot water pipe which is quite outdated was leaking at the connection point to the tap. James respond immediately talked me through what to do to shut the supply off and turned up the following day to fixed the leak. He followed up twice to make sure there's no more leaks after completing the job. A great professional friendly and efficient. Highly recommended even in emergency and fees are very reasonable.

We hired Martyn to do our cloakroom. Martyn was not the cheapest quote, but we like him and went with him. We were not disappointed. Martyn helped us through the whole project, and got trade discount for us when buying furniture and sanityware. We had ideas about how we wanted the cloakroom, and he gave useful feedback as to what could work or not. When it came to execution, Martyn was meticulous, and we are very happy with the result. When there were inevitable issues that came up, Martyn resolved them quickly and without fuss. When the job was finished, Martyn followed up on some minor things to ensure that we were left with a perfect cloakroom.

Paul was incredibly professional from the outset. He contacted me to discuss the problem I had with my sink, then advised that he could assist and gave me a clear ETA. He arrived promptly (keeping me posted along the way about his arrival). Once he arrived he was incredibly polite, professional and really good at his work and fixed, buying spare parts he needed along the way. He was able to fix the tap I couldn't turn off and also gave me advice about how I could take care of the sink etc. Overall Paul did an exceptional job, he was punctual, communicative, polite, clear and highly effective and charged a fair price. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, as I understand how hard people work. I am a customer service manager, a government worker, and a restaurant owner in Mayfair, so I truly value professionalism and respect. The toilet leakage was attended to, and the entire flushing system was removed and reinstalled. After the engineer left, I used the toilet and noticed it was almost coming off the wall. I assumed it had not been properly secured, so I sent a video asking him to return and reseal it as soon as possible.The response I received was rude and dismissive, stating it was never sealed. However, I have photos showing it was sealed previously. The leak had already been ongoing for over a month , and with my son working from home, I agreed to the repair being done that day.I am now having to buy sealant and fix it myself before my daughter returns from school, as this is a safety hazard. This behaviour is very disappointing, especially as I was polite and cooperative throughout.

I asked for a complete job in my description as I was conscious some trades people do half jobs. Glen did not complete my door as my frame was left cracked and with holes. Despite numerous promises to return to finish the job since February I haven't seen him since. I wouldn't recommend!
