Vasile came almost immediately I posted the job. He took a close look at it and advised me of a much cheaper and more effective way to fix the problem than I had suggested without damaging my bathroom. He then proceeded to fix the leak and the problem on the spot in a creative but very effective manner at a reasonable price, which saved both time and money. Thank you Vasile. I was looking for a new boiler to replace an old one and had previously got a quote from a well know company which was unsatisfactory . I then got a quote from Mark which i found his knowledge and expertise great and a lot better than the big companies representative. The works were carried out to a high standard and i was kept informed of the progress of the works.
