A leak on my stopcock tap, Jordon came on the evening out of normal work hours to look at the leak and taught me how to turn off my water mains for piece of mind overnight until he could get the parts to fix the next day. He arrived promptly the next day and did an excellent tidy job of replacing the stopcock. He was friendly and efficient, happy to entertain my children who were interested in what he was doing. Jordon was full of advice how we could avoid leaks and look after our heating system in the future. His pricing was very reasonable and I'm happy that we have managed to find someone so great we feel reassured that next time we have any problems we can call Jordon to the rescue 👍🏼

Eli carried out some essential maintainance on our leaky central heating plumbing. He arrived on time and carried out his work professionally and efficiently. He took the time to explain about our system and answered any questions I had relating to the work. He was very fair with his costing and completed the work to the price we agreed beforehand. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond to help. He's a good bloke. I would hire Eli again for any future plumbing jobs.

Being good at explaining things or making excuses for not doing your job doesn’t make you a competent plumber—repairing the leak I paid you for does! Not completing the job I hired you for is one thing, but suggesting that getting paid and not returning to finish the work is normal, and that we're expecting too much from you, is really upsetting, especially after we’ve been extremely patient with you! The reality is, after paying £260 for you to repair the sink leak, and after numerous texts and phone calls, the leak is still here. It’s been a rather unpleasant experience!
