Mr Holmes answered my enquiry very quickly and called me , came and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Did the job and explained everything he had to do, took pictures of the work as well A very tidy worker and did not inconvenience us at any time. Arrived when he said he would and also made sure the shower was working properly Before leaving my father in laws home Would use him again if I had any other Plumbing problems.

1st class service. cannot recommend Matteo enough. Gave suggestions on how to do the job better and cheaper. Great price given for the job. Finish was excellent great attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble! He even came back late evening to connect a bath I had delivered so we could get a wash. Fantastic! If he bids for your work, you should give him serious consideration. I will be having him back for 2nd fit, I am not even going to tender it out.

Hello there all , Rick did a great job for me on replacing a boiler for a very competitive price. He told me about the process, what I needed to do and what wasn't necessary and would have been a waste of money. He did gas certs for me and fitted a bathroom suite to a high standard as well as installing a pressure stopcock that was needed. Overall I was very happy. I found him straight up and trustworthy. Solid, no BS and a very good price. I recommend him.

Very disappointed with the service and workmanship. From the outset, there was significant miscommunication regarding the work required, yet I still paid the full amount requested without dispute. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished job does not reflect the price charged. The finishing is extremely poor. Cupboards that were removed no longer fit back properly, the shower has not been installed correctly, and the overall standard of workmanship is far below what I would expect from a professional tradesperson. There are visible marks and untidy finishing around the shower tray, leaving the bathroom looking unfinished and unclean rather than professionally completed. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that there seemed to be a great deal of focus on securing every penny of payment, while far less attention was given to the quality of the actual work.
