Very disappointed They both arrived but two hours later than we arranged-nice enough guys I said what needed doing:he forgot jet wash so had to go and get it, list of jobs: Path and very small patio jet washing✅Except pathway wasn’t completely cleaned😢 Artificial grass clean an disinfectant ❌ one of them started that whilst I was their but didn’t have enough stuff and it 💯wasn’t disinfectant 😢 A little bit of weeding in a small patch at the front of house ( 10 min job if that)❌ Decking jet washed and cushions….. only half done , cushions not touched , they said they would move furniture 💯didn’t ❌ They text to say they had finished two hours later so I thought we’ll there was two of them!!!! I had to go to work because they were late….. I text to say had the put everything back……’yep’ EVERYTHING was on my decking NOTHING moved back . I asked for pictures, very clever the way they took them and looked good so I paid them £500 I got home late that night and was devastated !!!!! 😡😡
