Owain quoted me for the job ( outside tap new install ) and told me he lived locally. On the Monday he called in to see what he needed for the job and told me that he would be here on the Wednesday aftertnoon. He also phoned me to let me know what time he was going to be at my home. Throughout the job he explained to me where and what he was doing which was great! Owain cleaned up during the job and made sure I was happy with his work. He actually showed me what was done and his work ethics are great. I am very pleased with the way he carried out the job, he was polite and easy to talk to. There would be no hesitation in recommending Owain for his work. The very reasonable quote was the actual price I paid. Thank you

I have used Dave and the team in both my previous residence and my new home. In my last property I had a radiator moved and some general plumbing needs, including boiler service. At my new home I had to have a completely new boiler and two new bathrooms, Dave and his team have been exceptional. He is competitive in pricing, very fair and his team are clean tidy and most of all trustworthy. I can leave them to it and go to work without worrying they won’t finish or leave a mess. Absolute professionals and I would never use anyone else.

Please use this company,very professional from start to finish . We only needed a new shower tray but from James finding a fault from start (due to previous workers ,and we only had our bathroom done 3years ago) There was a leak due to drainage pipe fitted wrong due to water running down inside our panels . It ended with James doing a complete refurbished. James showed us every step of what was wrong and what needed to be put right (sorry James ) Excellent professional work to a very high standard. Only disappointment we had was that he wouldn’t help himself to tea squash or even biscuits when we wasn’t there . I would definitely recommend James and his company to everyone. Kitchen next James lol . Thank you so much for all that you have done for us.
