I am an experienced builder with 20 years of multi-trade projects with a team of 2 other builders. We do all works up to large extensions and specialise in bathrooms, kitchens tiling and RSJs (structural steelwork). We work with a plumber and an electrical contractor, available at short notice are reasonably priced and fully certified. Two of my team are experienced in plastering and have gyproc plastering accreditation.

Hi my name is Wayne, I've been plastering and rendering for 33 years. I am a self employed subcontractor but also do my own work when I'm not contracted on site. I charge between £150 and £250 day rate depending on the size of the job and materials needed (please bear in mind any day rate will be subject to materials already being on site and the job not needing any prepping pre plaster), however I do aim to complete jobs quickly and to the best of my ability. I will also price a job on metres if the client prefers and give an all out quote regardless of amount of days needed to complete. I have my CSCS card and numerous certificates to prove my ability and experience within the field.

I am passionated and keen to get on with my small business after working in construction for 10 years I believe I have gained so much of skills and knowledge in plastering. I have worked for some well known companies such as Bernslai homes and AJ buildings. Jobs will always be done in best quality and cleanliness is really important to me and my team.
