Professional from start of job to finish. Arranged time and date to view job for quote and advised when he was running a bit late, gave quote next day for job and available date. Arrived on time on date of job and protected hallway, stairs and landing. Worked very quickly and efficiently and cleared up after himself. Would definitely use again. Tom did good with time and cleanliness, however after a couple of weeks the plaster started peeling off and now I had to have the house re plastered and painted, costing me more money on the long run.

I hired him to do Skirting boards which he completed fine, but he messed up the cupboard work and blamed me for the hinges. If he doesn’t have the idea to do something, then he will simply say I can’t do this as it’s not possible and it won’t work. Later I hired another carpenter to fix his issues and everything he said not possible, so double the cost for me in the end. I wouldn’t hire him again and hence 2 stars.

I would definitely recommend LBS Property Services and would definitely use them again. LBS have a highly professional team and are very well organised and managed on site. Raymond has a very collaborative, proactive and honest approach with excellent communication skills and was a pleasure to work with throughout all stages of the project.
