Rectified a terrible job done by P&M construction including clearing all the rubbish left by them. I would have saved over £20,000 if I’d known about Peter Gay before hiring P&M to work on one wall of my flats in Milford Haven. I am a property developer. Chris Ebrey installed a complete new heating system and ran water to the kitchen and bathrooms throughout the property I am currently working on. The project is an old house which had to be taken back to a shell. Chris not only installed the system, but firstly had to design it all to suit the challenges the old property brought up. Chris was punctual, tidy, extremely professional in every aspect and went the 'extra mile' to ensure I achieved what I needed to with my project. After moving into a new area and not knowing any tradesmen,I used my builder. We chose Stuart as he arrived on time to look at the job and his quote was a fair price to plaster all our ceilings, he also arranged an electrician which was such a help.
