Carl fixed our kitchen ceiling after a massive bathroom leak. It turned out to be a much bigger job than Carl originally quoted for due to significantly more damage above the ceiling than expected. The price obviously went up at this point as the entire ceiling needed to come down. Carl seemed very honest, didn't pressure us, and the price seemed very fair for the work done. They worked very hard - I wasn't even aware of Carl taking a break all day!
