Craig, Bob and Timmy of HD Design and Build have been an absolute credit to the building trade throughout our project. With a young family still living in the house, their professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, advice and attention to detail meant they kept disruption and intrusion into the rest of the home to a minimum and we were able to continue life without too much disruption. I have a multitude of photos of the build throughout which show the excellent standard that they worked to every day which can be supplied on request. Craig offered objective advice based on experience throughout and although he clearly always strives for perfection, was never pushy for us to make a decision to use a high end product over something that was more affordable or suitable. Our newly laid herringbone parquet oak floor is the talk of the street and is a testament to their skill and attention to detail. The finished rooms we have now far exceed our expectations of design and quality and that is largely down to Craig's advice and the experience and skill of him and his team. Craig was also instrumental in keeping me calm in many situations when dealing with suppliers and offered sound advice without judgement. I would recommend HD Design & Build to everyone with the belief that they will make your designs come to life and then some!

The plastering work was completed well and was all tidy. It has however needed redoing entirely as the water damage that cause it is reoccurring due to the fact that it was just plastered over and no membrane was used.

Gino was friendly, efficient and very professional at all times, despite having to accommodate very trying conditions at times (wet and windy weather). The job involved repairing and repointing a front garden wall. Gino convinced me he could repair and repoint the wall rather than render, and the results are excellent, as witnessed by many favourable comments from neighbours and passers-by. I can highly recommend Gino for his professionalism and skill.
