I have been in contact with Michael since the beginning of the negotiation, and he has always been very kind. On the day of the job, the team arrived more than two hours late. The work was completed, however, I noticed some spots on the wall afterwards. I requested that they come back to fix the issue, and although it was agreed, no one has returned to address it. Michael told me that the team bailed on him
