I really didn't want to give Leonard negative feedback as this is his livlihood however, the job Leonard did has cost me time and money. He shaved the door from the top instead of bottom. Hung a door upside down, there was a gap in one of the doors and walked off the job after 4 hours as he said it was a waste of time - the job had gone on longer then he expected. He offered to come back the next week however after getting other tradesmen to look at the job I decided against this. As have to make good his work. I have had to replace the two doors he hung at my own cost and Leonard left a lot of mess.
