Toms a nice fella, but his workmanship is less than impressive. for example he doesn't remove or even loosen door handles, but simply masks them off. Several of our handles now have paint round them or when the tape has been removed, some paint has come off the doors too. It's the same with light switches - Tom doesn't bother to loosen them. But my biggest problem with Tom is he takes no responsibility for when things go wrong choosing to blame the plaster, the wallpaper, the mural, the paste etc. As a businessman I know that your paid on the end result, but Tom's attitude is that he's put in the hours so should be paid regardless. We had 2 papers and a mural hung -all ended up unsuccessful, albeit one that we just didn't like the look of - so that one wasn't Toms fault. The other paper had 1mm gaps bewteen the seama and brown marks up them too which I assume is from the paste (Tom said it was rubbish paper and the plaster sucking the paste in too quick). The Mural was poorly seam matched & only stuck in places. Tom laid the blame with hanging the paper horizontally whilst he'd said it should be vertical (even tho the image would be 90 degrees out). There's not enough room here for me to describe ,my disappointment with the final outcome, but what sums up Tom's attitude perfectly was, when he was peeling off the ill fated mural and it was bringing bits of paint and plaster with it, he commented to my wife "look at what it's doing!" - Obviously nothing to do with Tom!!

Callum did an excellent job. When he came to give an estimate for the job he was able to give me good knowledgeable advice on what was needed. He was friendly and approachable. I felt very comfortable letting him into my house. He arrived on time. He completed the job efficiently and quickly. He tidied everything up and left the room clean and tidy. Brett replaced light fittings throughout our son's flat plus resiting and replacing several light switches. He explained the various options very clearly and did a fantastic neat job. On the strength of that we asked him to replace lights in our own kitchen and recommended him to a friend. His advice saved us money and he is such a nice guy to deal with. We would thoroughly recommend Brett to anyone.
