I am a developer and I understand how negative feedback can effect someone’s business so i dont leave negative feedback unless I really have to and I have never done it before. Let me first say that Senol is a lovely person with a great personality and I got on with him right away. However, this job was not only poor overall, it was not fit for purpose. senol tiled my bathroom floor and around the bath. The floor is uneven and the edges rubbish. I know that Senol will say that it’s because it was laid in the dark but I did ask him if he could do it and he said yes. Another thing one could argue is that if you work until 8pm in the dark winter months it is advisable to bring a light. I can live with the flooring it is around the bath it really went wrong. This was tiled during daylight hours. The visible cuts are rugged, cut with an angle grinder rather than tile cutter, also the straight cuts. The corner joint gaps variated from no gap to almost 2cm leaving me with enormous silicone seals down both sides. Same along ceiling up to 2.5cm gaps. Several of the tiles are scratched with the grinder leaving clearly visible black marks on white tiles. The worst bit was around the windows. The tiles were fitted so if I had applied enven the thinnest silicone seal I would have sealed the windows shut. I had to remove tiles and refit in order to open and close the window. The window still can’t tilt out for cleaning. I did contact Senol for him to rectify this but he never replied.

Fantastic job! I couldn't believe that they smoothed and plasteres two ceilings covered in gross old artex (damaged by removal of coving, and some bad cracks and holes) so efficiently. The work seems to be really high quality, they arrived on time, and overall very friendly and obliging. Will definitely ask them back for more plastering and will recommend them to friends

I have had a new kitchen put in place of an old one. The works took a week to complete, around 3 days to take out the old units, and the remainder for the new once to go in, and then some finishing works. There has not been any major disturbance in the property during that period and the works were completed according to the initial estimates both time-wise and money-wise. I will not hesitate using Mr. Conachi in the future and will highly recommend his services.
