What an AMAZING job! Florin and Georghe responded to my advert on this site and we arranged for them to provide a quote. From the very first meeting it was obvious that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were talking about. They put our mind at rest about what could be achieved from the start. The process of refurbing our bathroom, which to us was a massive job, was smooth and professional. From choosing the suite, to knocking down walls, fitting new doors, electrics, plastering, tiling floor and walls, painting, fitting the wet room everything was done to a class 1 standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Florin has an eye for detail and his recommendations on what goes well with what and colour schemes was inspiring. They always cleaned up after themselves and left the area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Spectrum Construction NW and will be doing so to anybody who asks me for a recommendation. We would also use them again and wouldn't dream of looking for anybody else. Extremely disappointed – poor finish and no response since April. I hired Ebby or a bathroom refit costing over £6000, with an agreed completion date of January. While the job was eventually "finished," the quality was poor, and several promised elements were left incomplete — including a missing fitted cabinet and various items on a snagging list. Since April, I have been completely ignored, despite repeatedly trying to make contact. It’s now months overdue, and I’ve had no response, no resolution, and no accountability. For the price paid, I expected a professional finish and proper follow-up. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and stressful. I would strongly advise others to avoid this contractor and never make full payment until every detail has been completed to your satisfaction.

What a worker! Adrian was true to his word in all aspects, he was always on time, always cleared up and was very tidy. Very courteous and trustworthy basically a nice human being! The wallpaper and paint looks great we are very pleased with the job. Thankyou for putting in the effort to complete by Christmas, very reasonable price, maybe too reasonable! I’m not sure how to upload the photos.

Right from the initial communication , Tom was keen and efficient about all aspects of the job. Regular communication, telephone , email , text was part of the job , so that we both knew exactly how the job would progress. When he said he would be there to start work , he was. He was thorough in every aspect of his work and the quality of workmanship was second to none. Even had comments from neighbouring units about his dedication to the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom for any work.
