  Josh and Team provided building services for the remodeling & extension of my house from July 2017 for 7 months. For this work Josh and team's skills included: blockwork walling with a curved wall and archway, cement rendering & internal skim and parge coating with trims, GRP roofing work including trims & rainwater, internal studwork, structural timber and erecting a steelwork, roof and wall cladding in board and cedar, installing doors and windows, digging out and casting new slabs and footings with rebar, pinning & propping walls and careful demolition, installing below ground drains & manholes and laying pavers. As an architect I am used to working with and instructing builders so I managed the other trades and had separate carpenters/ joiners & M & E trades. I really enjoyed working with JB and team on this project. JB worked to an hourly rate which included their plant and some fixings with both JB and I procuring building materials & organizing the scaffolding & waste & recycling. I found JB and his team to be honest, courteous, good with time and charging, hardworking and they had a positive go-to and hands on attitude even in bad weather. The end product is fantastic so thank you Josh and Team.

  Jason gave a detailed quote for enlarging two windows in our lounge. He started the job promptly and finished within his own deadline. The finished result was excellent and the work site was cleared to its original condition. Both Jason and Jack went out of their way to provide us with a trouble free completion of this project. Jason was really help full with the building inspector and organised the window fitting as well. Jack was really helpful helping us to load our own rubbish into the skip. I would always use Jasons Company for any future work and cannot recommend him highly enough to others looking for trouble free building work.
