We did a lot of research ahead of our loft build, and spoke to customers of the companies we looked at. We were impressed with Toma and her team from the outset, especially in terms of clarity and communication. We sat down with the project team at the start and walked through the week-by-week plan for our build, then a whatsapp group and weekly meets meant we knew exactly what was happening throughout. Our endless questions were responded to swiftly. Additional optional trade-ups (eg top-hung windows, larger bathroom window etc) were discussed and explained with context, sound advice (and clear pricing where nec) but always still optional. Toma's communication with the teams also seemed strong and continuous, with materials always arriving in time and ahead of when needed, no down-days etc - and importantly, the teams all seemed happy and were just lovely people to have around. I realise with hindsight too that the team's care and workmanship really put them a cut above many others in my area and the project remained on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ICS for the whole package and in fact we've also chosen to use them again for a kitchen extension.

Mr Rifat did an excellent job for plastering rooms and i would recommend him to everyone highly. The work he has done is to a very high standard and completed in 3 days. His quote was very helpful and comprehensive and he was helpful and very kind and calm. He did not take a break from doing the work, even though i told him to take a seat for 5-10 minutes. He is a very hardworking person. I think anyone to catch him to do a job for themselves is very lucky. I recommend him to everyone because he knows how to do good job.

Ricky Reid I was looking for a company who could help me with a light refurbishment (kitchen, bathroom and full decoration) of a one bedroom flat in south west London to be ready for rental within 15 days. I posted my ad request on mybuilder.com and a few companies contacted me. Ricky Reid, was the third one I met and eventually the one I chose. Why? R. was straight forward, no gimmicks and did his best to understand what my needs were from day one. Especially when my vision at the start wasn’t that clear. Him and his team delivered within the time frame agreed as well as within the quote given plus a few extras that hadn’t been considered at the start of the project. He was always available for questions or clarifications needed over the phone at any time! A rare quality in itself in the building world. If there was anything that could be improved, this would be clarifying certain jobs that were on the quote (and I mean specifically what they exactly covered) from the start to avoid stingy or unexpected surprises cost wise. However this isn’t Ricky’s fault and I take my full responsibility as I should have done my homework before hand. Overall satisfied with the result and I would certainly contact Ricky and his team for my next future projects and so should you reading this review. Jon was able to take a failed project from a previous contractor and manage historic building preservation, regulation in Westminster, a lack of parking, plumbing from the Victorian age, and a demanding client to deliver a beautiful result. I love my garden flat extension, it manages to respect the historic nature of a building from the 1840s while also adding amenities to be proud of in 2025. We hired Zebra Property for a complete strip out and refurbishment of a GF flat. The JOB: The job included initial removal of existing bathroom, kitchen and flooring. The works itself were for a side return wrap around kitchen extension, basement refit, installation of new kitchen and bathroom, new windows (including velux) and bifold doors, tiling and complete decoration throughout. FEEDBACK: Zebra were a great company to work with on this job. Communication levels were clear. There were inevitable delays to the project but there was always a focus to get back on track and deliver as quickly as possible. The resulting finish is a high standard throughout the property, with any minor snags completed quickly. Thank you!

I had a great experience hiring Victor & Co. They built a Rear Garden Extension in my house with excellent standards and finishing. Also they have done everything on time, which I know is quite difficult. I met Victor, the director of the project, every week to discuss the progress and any alterations to the original plans. He was great at explaining all the options and delivering the work. All the builders were very polite and you could see that they were very well organised with all the tools and building materials they brought to the house. When there were minor delays they were happy to come on weekends to catch up with the programmed finishing time. For the level of noise you could expect a building site can generate they were incredibly quiet. Last and not least, the quote I have from them was one of the most competitive ones I found in the market, so I can definitely recommend this company to anybody that is planning a big project.
