We proceeded with John and his team, they proved to be hard working, honest and reliable. We started the job in April 2022 and have now almost completed a full house renovation. Apart from the Christmas period they attended the site most days, and were always chatty and friendly. The trade people he sub contracted were prompt and efficient which kept the job moving along at a good pace. Communication was good, with both ourselves and John comfortable to throw new ideas into the mix. I am pleased that we acceptepted the quote and proceeded with the work, I can't imagine it running as smoothly had we gone with anyone else. Get in touchWe hired Iain to complete a rear single storey extension, to create an open plan kitchen and living space. Iain and his team were very efficient and open throughout the whole build. The work was completed in less than 3 months. Iain was very approachable and informative about the process and decisions to be made, and offered expert opinions throughout the project. We have young children and Iain and his team were very accommodating to our family life and ensuring the area was safe! We are really happy with the build overall and the quality of work produced. I kept Andrew up to date when parts available and they were round more or less the next day. I'd say overall the team were exceptional and got on really well with them all. I'm looking into a new bathroom fit next year and will definitely call on them. Shane worked with the design company and building control to ensure everything was to code. He used his own subcontractors for electrical work, plastering, and decorating so everything was well coordinated and there were no significant delays.
