Get in touchSo happy with the final result of my loft conversion. Tristan, John and team are highly recommended, nothing was too much trouble. They met with me and got my ideas for what I wanted and made suggestions. I liked the fact they were very knowledgeable and could tell me realistically what I could have (I now have two bedrooms and a bathroom in my loft!!). There were compromises but you can try have everything I guess! ! They had the plans etc redone for me as my plans were basically no any good. Tristan and John dealt with a few hiccups (weather, building control, Delivery delays!) with no trouble at all… we also had trouble getting the stairs in how we wanted while still complying with building regs… and they came up with better ideas than the architect we wasted money on!! They simply moved our front door over, perfect! There were some delays for completing the work but that was mainly down to the weather affecting their previous job and getting the go ahead for certain aspects of the job from building control. There are perhaps a couple of things I'd change in retrospect but nothing major. They were more than happy for me to message them if I had any queries which was very useful.... Very happy daughter has got the loft to herself so I'm very happy 😀 If I figure out how to share pictures I will add them, though I’m more than happy for the builder to share any he’s taken.
