  I trusted Robert's advice on what was needed to be done for this project which started with a loft conversion and progressed to include a ground floor extension. Robert is a very considerate guy and very accommodating although not the most organised or tidy. The loft conversion work went well and I was very please with the result and with Robert's communication, however Robert had massively underquoted for the project and some of the workmanship was very poor and had to be redone (i.e.: tiling in the bathroom that resulted in leaks and damage to the ceiling in other rooms). As it transpires a lot of the issues we have now are due to a combination of poor workmanship (Robert's workmen are just not as skilled as Robert and we noticed that Robert was pretty much a 'one man band' and he spent a lot of his time also fixing what they were not doing right), poor choice of materials and that there were a lot of cutting corners. I am now left with a roof and dormer that have been leaking and causing massive internal damage to walls, ceilings, door frames, window frames and outdoor fascia that insurance will not cover due to poor workmanship and installation. Specialist roofers have identified multiple unfinished small jobs and incorrect use of materials that caused these issues. I have been unable to contact Robert via phone or email to discuss these matters.
