I hired LS Carpentry to refurbish the downstairs of my house, renovating both the living room and fitting a new kitchen, along with some additional tasks. From the outset they demonstrated excellent customer service and very responsive communication. With all jobs like this, there were some unexpected hurdles along the way. These were dealt with in a timely, compassionate manner, placing me at the centre of all decisions made. I always felt very well informed and was given options about how to overcome challenges when they arose. This significantly reduced any worries and concerns on my side of things. The standard of work provided by Leon and co. has been to a very impressive standard. Working within the confines of an 18th century cottage, they have managed to transform the downstairs to an excellent standard. Modernising the home whilst keeping some of its 'cottagey charm'. I would highly recommend Leon and his team for anyone looking to complete similar jobs. Cheers, Fellas!

Duncan delivered not only the changes we thought we wanted but came up with some great creative solutions to tricky areas that would never have occurred to us without his input. He even made some bespoke units from scratch. Nothing phased him, he was reliable, punctual and completed tasks with great skill. Everything was left clean, tidy and finished to a very high standard. We hired Andy Skinner when we moved into our new house which needed a lot of updating, including - fitting a new kitchen (with tiling), completely insulating the roof and upper section of the house, removal of a chimney, and organising a plasterer plus plumber and electrician for new heating system. Andy was absolutely brilliant. Not only is his work of an exceptional standard but he is clean and tidy, a great guy to have around and is flexible in his approach to his all the jobs. He offers useful input and his attention to detail is absolutely brilliant. He thinks everything through and is happy to discuss changes along the way. Then said it would be 6 Then another message saying not coming I wasted four hours waiting and just don't understand why any tradesmen would do that? My builder has marked as hired but never was - i wanted a quote first!
