We had 7 tradesmen apply for this job on “my builder” and we are absolutely delighted we chose Paul and his team. We couldn’t have wished for a more professional, conscientious and reliable tradesman to come into our home and deliver exactly what we were after. The attention to detail was astonishing, his communication to us all the way through from pre visit to after the job was done was 100%. Our kitchen was a big investment for us and our home and Paul helped make it even better than we had imagined it. If your not sure of who to hire for your job, hire Paul, you will be very impressed. I cannot recommend highly enough. Paul would also do other bits on the job I had requested at a late stage as the work was ongoing such as extra sockets etc.. The whole job was flawless. Don’t use this man. It will cost you big time in your mental health and marriage. Saad is correct! 45k I spent doing my house up swear at you when it’s not going his way. Work not finished. Floor is missing trim. Plug blows every time I use it. Goes missing or don’t turn up! Always got family issues. No receipts never get all my invoices. Miss silicon around bathrooms plugs were not fitted properly leak under sink and today he never showed up to fix my stuff told me to f.. k off. You would be silly to trust this bloke with any job in your house. Comes across as your mate then treats you like a mate so you thing your being horrible and unfair? Well SAF see you in court mate been in this house 3 months. And he still not been in contact to fix the issue I will not be taking down post. You are not trustworthy nor helpful be warned you will so regret using this man. I now have to solicitor to get this resolved.

Oh MY!!! The gentleman, yes, gentleman, who completed the job was brilliant. He even had a fabulous lady who accompanied him to make sure that all was well, hold things in place and she rolled up her sleeves! He quoted fairly, arranged for all of the materials and in true gentleman fashion, would not leave until the job was completed in the time that he set! He has beautiful manners, is a great carpenter and was especially understanding to my particular needs and situation - I am the middle man, carrying out the job for the owner. He tidied up and left the place beautifully clean when he left and arranged to sort out left over building materials. Overall, he (and his wonderful counterpart) made the entire veranda build a pleasure! I am already trying to book him again, so that I can get in the queue. I will warn you (happily - LOL) his building methods are SO STRONG, the Victorian house will possibly fall down before his veranda does! Solid JOB!! plce

Simon arrived a little before the 'appointment ' time which suited me perfectly. From the outset, I could tell that he was an extremely professional individual with a polite and very friendly disposition. We had asked him to repair two very ancient bedroom doors which had , over the years, ceased to close properly. One was actually 'scuffing' across a newly laid carpet. Simon worked cleanly and swiftly to make the necessary alterations/repairs and in around 2.5 hrs the job was done with a perfect result. Both doors operating as they should, the area around each scrupulously cleared up and a very satisfactory outcome. The bill for the work was extremely reasonable and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Simon. We will certainly make use of his services in the future. Thank you Simon.

The job involved replacing doors, plinths, end panels etc., as the vinyl on the outside had started to delaminate. Mark and Sam did an excellent job and carefully replaced all items with minimum disruption to other parts of the kitchen fittinga. During the work, Mark uncovered a less then acceptable example of electrical work that had been left by the original kitchen fitter. Mark arranged for an electrician to take a look, who subsequently brought the connection up to the acceptable standard. Mark and Sam left the kitchen and outside working space in a clean and tidy condition. All in all we are very pleased with the work done by Profile Properly Maintenance.
